Stir Up Some Patterns...

Mixing Patterns: A great way to enliven your space and show off your personality. To keep the look cohesive, use patterns from the same color family and vary their scale. Keeping within the same color hue allows you the ability to mix almost any pattern you love.

Mix unthinkable patterns, as seen here in this photo from Better Homes and Gardens. Floral pillows in various sizes and check chair within the same color palette.

Plaids mixed with solids, keeping the decor subtle yet connected with a neutral cocoa hue. (shown: Soft Suede Plaid One Piece on the sofa and Cotton Duck One Piece on the chair with a mix of each fabric on the pillows)

We've done the mixing for you... Amelie Slipcover Pattern: Playful mix of three prints in one design (plaid, floral, and foulard)
