Refresh your kitchen without an extensive remodel.

The Power Of Paint!

For a quick kitchen pick-me-up, Paint the island a new contrasting color and accessorize with this same color throughout the kitchen. (such as dish towels, tea kettle and dishware) Much easier than painting all the cabinets too!

We are loving this cobalt blue island in a mostly all white kitchen.

Are you looking to liven up your kitchen but afraid of the color commitment? Try painting the interior of kitchen cabinets a contrasting color — in this case apple green. Aside from supplying a splash of color, it sets off your dishware too.

Kitchens typically don't have a lot of wall space, thanks to cabinetry, backsplashes, windows, and doorways. Use the limited wall space as a chance to display color without overpowering the room.

Here a sable brown was used and don't miss out on the additional color to the "fifth wall" -- Otherwise know as the ceiling!

Jazz up an otherwise traditional kitchen by painting the floor in a diamond pattern. If you have hardwood and the original wood is in good condition, let its natural color provide the other half of the color scheme. Here a translucent finish of black was used to allow the wood grain to show through.

This was just a few of our favorite ways to add new interest and color to the kitchen without having to do a complete overhaul. What color would you like to bring into your kitchen?
