The holiday of Cinco De Mayo, "The Fifth of May",
commemorates the victory of the Mexicans over the French army at The Battle of
Puebla in 1862. Now this celebration not only takes place in Mexico but around
the world!

If you can't be in Mexico to celebrate, why not throw
your own Mexican party? The colors should be bright and the music upbeat and
fun.(Mariachi bands and Salsa) Decorate your home with lots and lots of colorful

As a centerpiece, place a sombrero in the center of the table and scatter red
chili peppers around the brim. Greet your guests with a cocktail in hand and
